Triangle of Opportunity Olympia CUSD #16 hosted the September Meeting
of the Triangle What is the Triangle of Opportunity? This is an organization of citizens and business people interested in the promotion of Central Illinois and its economic development. As communities grow, the schools are interactively connected and impacted. The "Triangle” area is the area that lies between Interstates 74, 55, and 155. Some projects of the Triangle of Opportunity include hosting a bicycle tour early this summer, creating business directories, and promotion of networking between communities. Superintendent Brad Hutchison shared an update on the building/renovation progress and plans. INTERESTED IN ETHANOL On October 9 the West Central Opportunity Returns team organized an informational visit to the National Corn to Ethanol Research Center (NCERC) located at SIU Edwardsville.
